For our residential clients, we first will meet with the point person, talk about there concrete or site renovation plan, develop a scope of work and provide a Proposal for that scope of work. Most of our residential clients remove old sidewalks and replace with new sidewalks. In some cases we need to add a new stone subbase in order to stabilize the subsoil and have the area compacted.
Our commercial clients for the most part have a plan with a scope of work done by Architects or Engineers. Based on the Scope of Work we will provide a Proposal, and if necessary, a time line for starting and the completion of the job (weather permitting). Commercial work includes a wide rage of work from site work (drainage issues), concrete curbs, and concrete sidewalks. In addition Asphalt Paving of the roadways including milling (removal of the existing asphalt), in some cases we need to add a new stone subbase in order to stabilize the subsoil and have the area compacted. Placing a medium layer of asphalt (19 milimeter mix) and finally a finish layer (9.5 milimeter mix) to ensure a stable parking lot or roadway.
